Jerry Lee Lewis

Jerry Lee Lewis was born on September 29, 1935. He became one of the early performers of rock 'n' roll, with hits Whole Lotta Shakin' Going On and Great Balls of Fire. In the late 1960's and early 1970's, he had significant crossover success on the country charts with such titles as Another Place Another Time and What Made Milwaukee Famous (Made a Loser Out of Me). He was among the original class to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1986. He is still considered by many to be one of the greatest live performers of all time. He lives in Nesbit, Mississippi and still tours.
